The Adler Center for Caring

In 2014, Capital Caring opened the Adler Center for Caring, named after a generous gift from Len and Dale Adler and The Adler Foundation. Located off of Route 50 in Aldie, Virginia, the Adler Center is a $15 million, 48,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility devoted to end-of-life care.

Capital Caring

Over the years, we have continued to support Capital Caring, the Washington, DC area hospice provider that supports over 1,200 patients each day in end of life care.

Fairfax County Adult & Community Education

We provide scholarships for students enrolled in the trades education program, in addition to training equipment for the program classrooms.

Emil and Grace Shihadeh Innovation Center

We are sponsoring the development of a school focused on vocational education in Winchester, Virginia.

Coast Guard Foundation

We provide scholarships for Coast Guard veterans and their families to receive vocational training outside of the military.

Jefferson Scholars Foundation

We have endowed full scholarships for exceptional undergraduate students at the University of Virginia.

The Jefferson Trust

We support grants to University of Virginia students, professors, and community members for a spectrum of projects and pursuits.

Shepherd’s Center of Oakton-Vienna

We’ve provided support to the Shepherd’s Center to assist their programs providing elderly care in the Oakton, Virginia community.
